Career Advice: Job hop in your early 20s!
I am saying this as someone who have been in 9 different jobs (not including the side-gigs) in 9 years. And yes, I'm just 29. I have a lengthy resume, and to be honest, I think that's one of my career highlights.
It may not work for previous prospective employers as it suggests "ficklemindedness" or "dissatisfaction", but to me, it's an attestment of how put thought in the job that I am in. Your job is going to be a huge percentage of your life, so if you're not enjoying at least one aspect of it, what's the point?
With my job hopping, I have learned a lot of things that I can apply to any work that I do. The longest position I've held is the one I have now, 2 years is the record and I'm not planning on cutting it anytime soon, why would I when I've tried most of the jobs I was curious to try.
So, if you're still studying, do yourself a favor and apply for jobs. Evaluate, explore, other options. Just don't leave a company without having a secure one first.
If you are an employer reading this, be the reason why your teammates stay.
