I'm addicted to an Angel and a Demon
I love love. I love a good fluffy romance show whenever I get the chance. Recently, I've been obsessed with the show Good Omens in Amazon Prime. I clicked it randomly while crocheting one night. The poster looked nice, and I do like religious-based stories. I love watching reimagined biblical stories, not because I'm religious, but because I'm curious how people would interpret it differently than what we were raised to believe.
I am blown away by Aziraphale and Crowley's relationship. It was not sexual, it was ethereal. It was not out in the open, yet it was understood. It's a love that follows you whenever, a love that saves you. I can't even begin to say how loud my heart is thumping remembering scenes from the series.
The amount of trust that they have for one another is a love everyone deserves. Through ups and downs, they are side-by-side. They know they're the perfect combination despite coming from literally heaven and hell.
I love Crowley calls Aziraphale "Angel" and how Aziraphale relies on Crowley knowing that's what brings him joy.
I can't find words to describe the comfort of not having to ride roller coasters to be with your man. We're raised to believe that love should be butterflies, should be constipation, should be sleepless nights. But imagine how much better a complete set of sleep is, a comfortable stomach, and being at peace with being yourself. This is how Crowley and Aziraphale are.
They did not explicitly said they're boyfriends, but they've carved out a space for them in a world they escaped to. Like Crowley said, they don't have to choose between heaven and hell, they can just choose whatever they are.
Thinking about them reminds me of the song "Heaven is a place on earth." They didn't need to be in heaven to be heavenly, to feel heavenly, they can be wherever they are to be whatever they want to be.
I am rewatching compilation videos and reading fanfictions reliving the love between the characters. This is by far my favourite love story. I cannot wait for the finale.
